Roger began writing for film/television under the mentorship of Québec composer François Dompierre.
Alongside composer Normand Corbeil, Roger orchestrated the scores to several productions by prominent director Christian Duguay (Screamers, The Assignment, The Art Of War, and the Emmy® nominated score for Hitler: The Rise Of Evil).
He was also the orchestrator for Bruce Beresford's Double Jeopardy (Paramount), along with several docudramas for US networks, ainsi que plusieurs excellentes comédies québécoises!
Roger is highly respected and reliable ‘right hand man’ for film/studio sessions, able to build hybrid ensembles and orchestrate in a manner that brings out the finest in musicianship and production whilst respecting the bottom line.
Roger also runs a state of the art music studio for creating mockup demos, or full soundtracks for lower budget productions.
